Due to the time, labor, and products reserved for each appointment, refunds are not guaranteed once a service has been completed. If there are any concerns with the service provided, customers must contact Starr Detail Co within 24 hours so the issue can be reviewed and corrected if necessary. Deposits, booking fees, cancellations, and no-shows may be non-refundable. Results may vary depending on vehicle condition, age, stains, scratches, oxidation, and previous damage. Starr Detail Co reserves the right to refuse or cancel services for excessively neglected vehicles or unsafe conditions.
